including waterfront and beach infrastructure, urban landscaping, and small municipal projects. Their core pain point is that traditional

equipment tends to sink on soft terrain like beaches, and a single model cannot meet the varying budgets and workloads of different clients.

Terrain Constraints: Soft terrain like beaches and wetlands places extremely high demands on equipment ground pressure and traction. Conventional 

wheeled equipment is inefficient and prone to sinking.

Demand Segmentation: The client base includes large-scale sand handling projects seeking high payloads and powerful power, as well as small landscaping 

teams seeking cost-effective and flexible equipment.

Brand Trust: As a new brand, the company needed to build trust with both distributors and end users through product performance and a robust service offering. 

3. Cooperation History and Product Solutions:

Searching for opportunities online, targeting key pain points: The customer, searching for skid-steer loaders, initially found our official website. 

The LD-S480's technical highlights of "low ground pressure + high payload" precisely matched their beach work needs, prompting them to initiate an inquiry.

4. In-depth factory inspection, solidifying the foundation for cooperation: Our team demonstrated the entire LD series process, from component procurement 

to finished product quality inspection, through a video factory inspection and detailed technical specifications. The customer was particularly interested in 

the LD-S480's Yanmar 3TNV80 engine (20-25HP), 350kg rated operating capacity, and tracked chassis design. These features directly addressed their 

core need for "efficient beach operations." The LD-S480 was the first to receive a trial order: The customer ordered two LD-S480s in the first batch. 

After commissioning, the equipment demonstrated three key advantages:

Terrain Adaptability: The crawler chassis and 900mm ground contact length significantly reduce sand pressure and eliminate the risk of subsidence.

Operating Efficiency: With a 0.12m³ bucket and 5.5kN breakout force, sand loading and unloading efficiency far exceeded customer expectations.

Stable Power: The Yanmar engine and 17-21bar system operating pressure ensure stable power output even during sustained, high-intensity operations. 

5. Echelon Layout: The LD-T360 and S360 complement the product lineup:

The LD-T360 crawler: With a maximum operating capacity of 300kg and an operating weight of 900kg, it maintains the terrain adaptability of a 

crawler while providing a cost-effective option for customers working in medium-duty sand handling and landscaping projects.

The S360 wheeled: Its wheeled design and compact body (960mm without bucket length) are suitable for narrow urban lanes and small-scale 

infrastructure construction, meeting the "flexible operation" needs of customers with limited budgets.

The customer subsequently added three LD-T360s and two S360s, completing the full range of scenarios: heavy-duty beach transport, 

medium-duty general-purpose, and lightweight and flexible.
