In applications such as warehousing and logistics, municipal haulage, and agricultural planting, traditional skid-steer loaders often rely on external
equipment to assist in unloading after loading materials. This not only increases the number of steps required but can also lead to reduced efficiency
due to residual material and untimely unloading. To overcome this limitation, our company, building on its years of skid-steer loader R&D expertise,
has introduced a new skid-steer loader equipped with a dump bucket, based on our classic LD-S series wheeled and LD-T series crawler skid-steer
loaders. This allows for an integrated "loading-transfer-dumping" operation, providing a new option for efficient material handling across multiple
industries. Key highlights of the new product: The dump bucket is deeply integrated with the skid-steer loader, balancing efficiency and practicality.
This skid-steer loader equipped with a dump bucket is more than a simple "skid-steer body + dump bucket" combination. Instead, the bucket structure
and control system have been customized and upgraded to meet unloading requirements. This maintains the flexibility of the skid-steer loader while
enhancing the convenience and reliability of the dump function:
1. Customized dump bucket design ensures efficient and clean unloading.
Wear-resistant bucket body and optimized tilt angle adapt to a wide range of materials: The dump bucket is constructed of 12# national standard steel with
a bucket wall thickness of 8-10mm, offering impact and wear resistance. It can easily load materials of varying densities, such as sand, gravel, soil, construction
waste, and agricultural fertilizer. The bucket capacity ranges from 0.15 to 0.3 m³, meeting the needs of small and medium-sized material transfers. The dump
angle is adjustable from 45° to 60°, and the smooth, wear-resistant coating on the bucket bottom ensures a low residual material rate. 3%, eliminating the
hassle of cleaning caused by wet soil and sticky materials sticking to the hopper. It's particularly suitable for municipal wet garbage removal and agricultural
organic fertilizer transfer.
Hydraulic drive + rapid lifting increases unloading speed by 50%. The dump bucket is equipped with Shandong Leader Mining Machinery's customized
high-pressure hydraulic system, seamlessly integrating with the skid steer loader's existing hydraulic circuit. Lifting speeds reach 0.8-1.2 m/s, and the
process from "horizontal shoveling" to "full lift and unloading" takes only 3-5 seconds, significantly improving efficiency compared to traditional manual
unloading or externally assisted unloading. The hydraulic system also features an overload protection device that automatically stops lifting when the
bucket is overloaded, preventing equipment damage and ensuring operational safety.
2. Continuing the core advantages of skid-steer loaders, the new model easily handles complex scenarios.
The new model retains the classic performance of Shandong Leader Mining Machinery's skid-steer loaders and is available in both wheeled and tracked
versions to adapt to different operating terrains.
The wheeled version (based on the LD-S series): features a high-power 8-19.2kW motor (optional electric or fuel power) and wear-resistant 188.5-8 or
238.5-12 tires. With a minimum turning radius of just 2000mm, it's suitable for hard surfaces such as warehouses, factories, and municipal roads. For example,
in logistics warehouses, palletized cargo can be quickly loaded, transferred to a truck, and then unloaded directly from the dump bucket. No forklift or
crane assistance is required, allowing a single operator to complete the loading and unloading process. Tracked version (based on the LD-T series): Utilizing
1807235 or 1807245 rubber tracks with a contact length of 900-1350mm and a maximum ground clearance of 230mm, these tracks evenly distribute the
machine's weight and prevent the machine from sinking on soft/rough terrain, such as farmland, mountainous terrain, and muddy construction sites.
The tracks' anti-slip treads enhance grip, ensuring stability even when transporting materials on slopes and preventing tipping during dumping.
3. One-touch control + multi-attachment compatibility maximizes equipment utilization.
The dump bucket and skid steer loader's control systems are
deeply integrated. The minimalist center console in the cockpit controls bucket raising and lowering, dump angle adjustment, and start/stop control.
The operating logic is consistent with the existing skid steer loader, allowing experienced users to master the system without additional training. The
device also retains the existing universal attachment interface, allowing for quick removal of the dump bucket and switching to a shovel, grapple, or
dozer blade (compatible with a full range of accessories, including snow throwers, breakers, and drill rods). For example, municipal agencies can use
the dump bucket to remove dead branches for landscaping in the spring, switch to a snowplow to clear roads in the summer, and add a snow plow to
deal with snow accumulation in the winter. Agricultural users can use the dump bucket to transport harvested grain during the peak season and switch
to a rotary tiller (requires additional adapter) for landscaping in the off-season, truly achieving "one machine for multiple uses, ensuring year-round use.
" Field Testing: From Construction Sites to Farmland, Proving Efficiency and Reliability
To ensure the new product's performance meets standards, Shandong Leader Mining Machinery conducted field tests with customers in multiple locations
before its launch. The results demonstrated outstanding performance in multiple scenarios:
Municipal Construction Site Scenario: A construction company used a wheeled skid-steer loader equipped with a dump bucket to transport construction
waste during an urban village renovation project. From shoveling gravel to unloading it to a designated dumping site, each operation took only two minutes.
Compared to the traditional "loader + manual unloading" combination, this increased daily throughput by 60% and reduced labor costs by one person per shift.
Agricultural Planting Scenario: A vegetable farm used a new crawler-type product to transport planting soil. It traversed muddy fields with ease. The dump
bucket directly unloaded soil into greenhouse planting troughs, eliminating the need for secondary handling. A single unit of equipment could meet the soil preparation
needs of a 5-mu greenhouse, increasing operational efficiency by 40% compared to traditional methods.
In addition, the new product continues the company's stringent quality control standards and has passed ISO9001 quality system certification, EU CE certification, and
EPA EURO5 emission certification. The dump bucket hydraulic system has undergone 800 hours of continuous operation testing with a failure rate of less than 1%.
Core components come with a one-year warranty, giving customers greater peace of mind.
